My wife was left high and dry by a number of "corporate" car firms at Cross house Hospital (she is a nurse) after she got a bad puncture in the car park there. Of course, newer cars don't even have space saver tyres now so absolutely no chance of getting out of there
These other firms showed zero interest in helping her/me. They casually said it would be tue morning (this was Friday morning) before they could get there, which is an utter joke and almost like they just like annoying customers. (which im absolutely sure they do)
On phoning your firm Robert said he would come and do it; he was there rapidly and gave an outstanding service. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He gave price and did the job inc balancing and fitting.
I really cant speak highly enough about Roberts professional attitude. He is a credit to your firm.
If my wife or myself ever find ourselves in the same position, there will never be any need to phone for help from one of those joke firms noted above.
