The Ecoline 88 is a simply brilliant concept with the added benefit of live readings, vehicle data and customer printout.

The four sensors communicate with each other and in turn send data to the console via Zigbee wireless communication technology and infra-red. It is equipped with a built in Autodate alignment database, 4-point wheel clamps (used for the main sensor heads) and 2 rapid clamps that are used for the rear target sensors. 2-wheel alignment is performed by attaching the main sensors to the front wheels and hanging the rear targets from the rear wheels.

4-wheel alignment is performed by (first) hanging the main sensors on the rear wheels and the rear targets on the front wheels. Those measurements are recorded in the PC and the operator then the main sensors and targets.

Those measurements are recorded, and the operator can begin to make adjustments based upon the 4 wheel alignment measurements. Essentially, the Ecoline 88 provides '8 camera' measurements using only four cameras and delivers the same accuracy and results.
